Engineering before tooling

You do not need a finished drawing to start.

An exact gripper model and clear workpiece information are enough to begin an initial review. More interface data may be required before quotation.

    Separate mounting, clearance and manufacturer limits from contact features that may be evaluated.

    Process, included work, quantity, fee and timing are stated in a project-specific quotation.

    The customer trials the part on the machine before an accepted drawing and revision are used for repeat orders.

Before you send a file.

Can you work from an existing gripper?

An initial review can start from the exact gripper model, mounting information and handled object. Additional dimensions, CAD or a physical sample may be required before a sample route can be quoted.

Do you only take high-volume orders?

Quantity, process, sample scope, fee and any tooling requirement are determined after the application and supplier route have been reviewed.

Can you copy a worn pad?

Clear photos, measurements and the gripper model may be enough for an initial feasibility review. A physical sample or additional interface information may still be required before quotation.

Do you manufacture complete robot hands?

No. The current review scope is mechanical contact components around an existing gripper. Complete electromechanical hands and sensor electronics are outside this scope.
